OKM currently offers Full and Associate memberships.  Within those categories, we offer options for families and individuals. We also offer a discount for active duty military($50 less than the Associate membership, once retired members should choose from Associate or Full Memberships). Dues, team fees, guest pass offers, pavilion rental rates and social event costs differ for Full and Associate members and are subject to change and are determined yearly by the board.  Current rates can be found here

Membership 

Full Family — $675 Initiation fee + discounted annual dues of $425 for a total of $1100(a savings of $225)

Associate Family — $750

Associate Active Duty Military – $700 (Retired military should choose Associate or Full Memberships)

Two-Adult Memberships

Full Two-Adult — $675 Initiation fee + discounted annual dues of $275 for a total of $950 (a savings of $125)

Associate Two-Adult— $500

Full Membership vs. Associate Membership Comparison

Full members pay a one-time, non-refundable initiation fee.  The benefits of Full Membership include:

• Annual Dues:  Full members pay $100 less than Associate members
• Junior Team Fees: $25 discount per registration for summer Junior teams
• Year-round tennis access (Associate members only have summer access)
• 10 guest passes awarded for early registration/payment (5 for Associate members)
• Pavilion Area Rental Fee is discounted for Full members plus 5 free guests.
• Only Full members have club voting rights and are eligible to serve on the OKM Board
• Full members are co-owners of OKM

The upfront cost of the Full membership will often pay for itself over the first few years.  For example, if a family has two children, each playing two sports and has one party a year at the pool, they will have the following savings:

• Savings for annual dues:  $100
• Savings for 4 team registration:  $100
• Savings for one party rental:  $15

Potential savings each year of full membership under this hypothetical example: $215

Each year, the Full membership will continue to save money.  And the current Full membership promotion makes the choice even easier – i.e., Full membership will pay for itself and start to produce savings as early as year two if the family has children doing sports teams. Even for a family not doing junior teams, if they plan to stay at OKM for 3+ years, a Full membership makes sense.

Associate or Active Duty Military memberships have no initiation fee, but the annual fee and team fees are higher.  This option is best for families who are unsure of how long they will be here.  We also offer a conversion option for Associate members who later decide to become Full members.
