If you are interested in renting one of the Party Rental spaces for an event, please read the information below and submit a reservation request and payment through the reservations page. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to make payment. Rates / Hours

Rental spaces are generally available seven days a week (not available on weekdays when school is in session or on Friday evenings) in two 3-hour time slots. Only members can reserve and must be present during the event.  At the end of the rental time slot, the area must be cleaned, vacated and all trash take to the dumpster.  Areas not left in the condition they were found at the end of the rental time slot may be assessed a fee up to $100 depending on the time over and condition of the facility. 

Maximum number of non-member guests is 15 and is included in the rental fee. Party guests who are OKM members check-in as they normally would and are not limited.  Party renters may not have other members check-in guests and then bring them to the party. 

Pavilion rental fees: Reservations that are cancelled 7 days prior to scheduled event will receive a store credit for the full fee.  Reservations cancelled less than 7 days before the event will be charged a $25 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the store credit.

**Note: Pool and non-picnic table area of pavilion is open to all members during pool party rentals

Rules Concerning Rental of Pavilion:

1. Rental time includes set-up and clean-up.  Members may not begin setting up early and must vacate the area by the end of the rental time.  Areas not left in the condition they were found at the end of the rental time slot may be assessed a fee up to $100 depending on the time over and condition of the facility.
2. Club members renting the facility must be present for the entire event.
3. Designated rental area must be cleaned and satisfactorily returned to its original condition.
4. The renter agrees to release OKM Swim and Racquet Club from any liability associated with use of the facility, particularly with regard to the serving of alcohol by renter.
5. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on premises
6. No tape or tacks may be used in the Pavilion, only Painters tape.
7. Only the designated party area may be decorated, decorations may not be hung in other areas of the pool.
8. Tables should be wiped down following use.
9. All trash needs to be placed in the dumpster.
10. No refunds are given if the entire requested rental time frame is not used.
11. INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the case of thunder or lightning, the deck must be cleared of guests.
12. 15 non-member guests are included in rental and will be checked in via the guest check-in process at the front desk.  All attendees are counted as guests regardless of their swimming status. There is no member guest limit and members should check in as normal.
13. If children and teenagers are involved, there must be at least one chaperone per 15 children/ teenagers. This includes members and a maximum of 15 non-member guests.  Members are responsible for their party guests.
14. Baby Pool rental is designed for parties with children under the age of 6.  Children over 6 are not permitted in the Baby pool.
15. All party guests must obey pool rules. Lifeguards will enforce rules.
16. No refunds are given if the pool is closed due to inclement weather. If there is inclement weather, all guests must leave the pool deck.  A party may be rescheduled if over half of the time is remaining
17. Pool parties must end by 7:00 p.m.

There will be no rentals permitted on Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Holiday and Labor Day Weekend as well as other times designated as High Use times.  OKM reserves the right to cancel a party if there is a reschedule of an OKM event such as a Swim or Dive meet cancelled due to weather.
