OKM SWIM & DIVE TEAMS

OKM sponsors youth swim and dive teams that compete in the NVSL (Northern Virginia Swim League).  The teams are open to all member families and provide an inexpensive introduction to aquatic sports.  Participants include beginners who are learning the four strokes of swimming or how to dive off the diving board -- to veteran year-round swimmers and divers who love the competition and fun that is the heart of the NVSL summer league!  Please see our Junior Teams website for more information about the teams and registration.
